This works really well with my 2 brother kittens because of the bigger opening. It's quiet and doesn't startle them. I have it on manual mode for now since it's only 3 days using it but they transitioned into using it in 2 days. Funny when I see them wiping their paws before getting out. I highly recommend. I just wish it can connect to my phone so I track how often they go and how heavy they are getting like my other one I gave to my son.
